Our honey is distributed through local wholefood stores such as The Source in Bowral, Wollongong, and Shellcove, The Hand Stirred Jam Shop in Berrima, Southern Highlands Homebrew and the Kangaroo Valley General Store.
Our honey is chemical free, antibiotic free and unblended - just as the bees made it.
Varieties are available, changing with what is blooming at the time; these include Clover, River Red Gum, Black Box, Yellow Box, Messmate, Squiggly Gum, Orange Blossom, Grey Gum and Spotted Gum.
